Stellenangebotsbeschreibung: Working onsite at Barilla’s HQ in Parma as part of our global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) recruitment team, you will be responsible for building and extending the client relationships. This is achieved through excellence during the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to the client. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management, customer focus, and responsiveness in a client facing activity. It is possible to work 2 days the week from our Milan office and 3 days onsite with Barilla. Key Accountabilities Working in the role you will be required to; • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Barilla Italy • Develop & implement sourcing strategies & channels to build relevant talent pools • Responsible for day to day interaction with Hiring Managers and HR business partners • Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies • Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates in presentation and short-list process Skills & Experience To be successful in this position you will have: • Solid recruitment experience ideally gained within the consumer sector either within RPO or in-house • Managed end to end recruitment processes with knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills • Demonstrable experience of adding value to recruitment processes • Fluency in English.
