DG Associati (Aut.Min.Prot.13/I/0002513/MA004.A003), with the technical partnership of Healthware International, selects a Digital Services Manager for “Physician” (Male/Female) on behalf of a leading multinational pharmaceutical company based in the Center of Italy for a strategic digital transformation project. The candidate, reporting to the Head of Corporate Digital Services and Innovation, will be responsible to help building and consolidating the Digital services portfolio for physicians. We are looking for ambitious, digitally savvy, business focused professionals who can effectively and successfully combine business acumen and technical understanding to provide advisory guidance and expertise to help our Company face the Digital Transformation. Key Responsibilities: -Act as an incubator to select digital solutions for the Physician, determine with the key internal stakeholders which ones best fits the business priorities and support the evaluation of the best implementation approach (make or buy/external partnership); -Understand strategy and goals of Marketing & Sales department, and ensure the capabilities to develop innovative products, services and processes able to integrate and support the offering in RX, OTC and Diagnostics; -Conduct the right analyses of the customer insights and develop a continuous interaction with Regional Hubs and main local affiliates in order to identify the local requirements and address effective marketable initiatives; -Provide strategic guidelines, consulting and suggestions on how to scale up best practices; -Ensure initiatives have the best ROI through proper monitoring, funding allocation and KPI tracking; -Perform assessment of new Business opportunities in coordination with other Corporate functions and Regional Hubs; -Develop strong internal relationships and process know how in order to ensure timely and adequate response to Business needs; -Organize models for a clear communication with potential partners to plain the needs and advantages of potential new offerings. Support the communication phases with senior executives Desired Skills and Experiences: Education: MSc Degree in Scientific disciplines (Medicine, CTF, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy) PhD or Master/Specialization in scientific/economic disciplines highly preferred. Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken), with Italian nice to have. Professional Experience: Minimum 5-years working experience within Healthcare Professionals environment (either in industry or in consultancy firm) with a deep understanding of the Physician’s needs as well as a good understanding of digital communication tools. Technical capabilities: Fundamental Healthcare IT background; candidate should have a deep and personal interest in bring new technology to the healthcare services space. Specific focus on exploring opportunities for bringing high-tech capabilities from the consumer world into healthcare practice Good knowledge in Information technology and Digital solutions.
