DG Associati (Aut.Min.Prot.13/I/0002513/MA004.A003), with the technical partnership of Healthware International, selects a Digital Media & Communication Expert (M/F) on behalf of a leading multinational pharmaceutical company based in the Center of Italy for a strategic digital transformation project. The candidate, reporting to the Head of Corporate Digital Services and Innovation, will be responsible to support the design and development of the Digital Services Portfolio. Key Responsibilities Understand the digital vision of Digital Innovation and Services (DIS), support the Digital Services Managers in the design of new services to identify the best customer experience and high-converting site, leveraging marketing automation and reporting tools Act as a trusted partner for the business stakeholders, recognized as the first line of contact for digital communications Help establish and maintain best practices around digital content creation and governance Works collaboratively with business and support partners to drive cross-functional alignment Assist in the implementation of SEO, SEM, Social Media as needed Monitor and analyze web traffic statistics for periodic reporting and review of content effectiveness, including scorecard preparation Identify opportunities and develop solutions to enhance sites’ ease of use and user experience Research, track and understand new web technologies to provide technical leadership in applications and analyse business requirements as they pertain to intranet and internet related systems Assist in monitoring corporate reputation by tracking blogs, news outlets, and websites Desired Skills and Experiences Education: Undergraduate degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or similar degree, MBA a plus Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken), with Italian nice to have. Professional Experience Minimum 5 years web-based marketing communications experience, including a minimum of 3 years of web-related design projects. Technical capabilities: Extensive knowledge of how to optimize and integrate multiple customer touch points (web, mobile, IVR, social media, video) to optimize customer experience and information gathering Experience in demonstrating how digital fits in the enterprise-wide customer experience picture, considering multiple touch-points Strong oral and written communication skills: experience working in an interdepartmental position, and an understanding of how to leverage and collaborate Industry knowledge a plus Knowledge of content management systems with experience posting and managing content Working knowledge of HTML and other design related applications, such as Java, XML, CGI, CSS, ASP, multimedia applications, database interactions and data modeling tools Skills Possess initiative to think several steps ahead in the communications process and anticipate needs of customers Must be customer-oriented with the ability to create effective communications, messaging and content Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with acute attention to detail Strong organization skills, meticulously thorough and tenacious Desire to work collaboratively and experience in team environments Excellent communication (verbal and written), strong interpersonal and strong business acumen Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently research, prioritize, and assemble all details for every aspect of a project Must be able to communicate and interact with “C” Level management and other senior executives HOW TO APPLY: send your CV in English/Italian with photo and also the authorization for the treatment of personal data under the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003) to: selezioni (at) dg-associati.it and cc to: eures (at) provincia.salerno.it writing in the mail subject: “Rif.
