As a m/f Country Manager for Italy, you'll further expand the FLYERALARM brand - and in such a way that our local customers will be bursting with happiness. We are looking for someone special to take on this responsible leadership position. Someone who knows Italy and Italians like the back of their hand. Someone who knows exactly how the market there works. Someone who understands the needs and wishes of customers and knows how they can be met. And does so as effectively and successfully as possible. To do this, you have to bring along a lot of experience and talent. After all, you will be building up your own team on location, a team you will not only lead and manage but also motivate to reach new heights day after day. Quite a lot of responsibility - and precisely that is why you should have already made a name for yourself as a leader. A good one, of course. Your responsibilities are as versatile as your talents. You will interpret complex data with which you can very precisely analyse and decipher the big picture. You will develop marketing and sales strategies as well as business plans and will be closer than close to the market, allowing you to quickly react to any changes.
